Therapeutic Services

At times in life, we find ourselves at a turning point. Either through a difficult life transition or a recognition of patterns and narratives that are no longer serving us. We may find ourselves in relationships that are heavy, notice reoccurring unhealthy patterns, have wounds consistently being reactivated, or observe ways we are communicating negative messages to ourselves. Sitting in this space isn’t always comfortable and its reassuring to know that you aren’t alone. Having support and guidance through that process can be crucial. Starting therapy can invigorate you to make the choices that you actively want and find a lighter way of being with yourself and others.

Individual Therapy

Our families, our communities, help us navigate and withstand the storms of life. When communication and connection is divided, it can amplify the challenge in transitions or storms. Finding a pathway forward is important while also developing the skills necessary to hear each other is the first step. Family Therapy is a strategic intervention to create a greater and stronger effect to cultivate change. When skills are acquired, conflict decreases and connection is strengthened. Conflict builds perpetually deeper wounds and it is essential to address these issues to prevent further detachment and its extension into other aspects of our lives.

Family Therapy

Whether in current conflict or in need of developing the foundational relational skills, couples therapy has the potential to create strong connections and meaning in our lives. When intimate relationships are out of balance and you find ourselves pulling away from reach other, it can create a distinct sense of loneliness. You might find yourself or your partner withdrawing or leaning in without a sense of harmony in your relationship’s “dance”. Potentially, challenging life circumstance or shift in life structure can stir up areas to focus on in order to find alignment. When you are in this tender space, couples therapy creates the invitation and potential for greater security and capacity for connection.

  • Effective January 1, 2022, the No Surprises Act, which Congress passed as part of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, is designed to protect patients from surprise bills for emergency services at out-of-network facilities or for out-of-network providers at in-network facilities, holding them liable only for in-network cost-sharing amounts. The No Surprises Act also enables uninsured patients to receive a good faith estimate of the cost of care.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least one business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

    • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
