Individual Therapy

This is your invitation to heal, grow, and step more fully into relationship with yourself.

At times in life, we find ourselves at a turning point. Either through a difficult life transition or a recognition of patterns and narratives that are no longer serving us. We may find ourselves in relationships that are heavy, notice reoccurring unhealthy patterns, have wounds consistently being reactivated, or observe ways we are communicating negative messages to ourselves. Sitting in this space isn’t always comfortable and its reassuring to know that you aren’t alone. Having support and guidance through that process can be crucial. Starting therapy can invigorate you to make the choices that you actively want and find a lighter way of being with yourself and others.
