Relational (Multi-System) Therapy

Relational therapy helps you transform your connections into a powerful source of healing and strength.

Our families, our communities, help us navigate and withstand the storms of life. Relational therapy—multi-system, recognizes that we don’t live in isolation—our connections with friends, family, and community are woven into our lives and influence how we heal. Relational therapy can involve close friends working through emotional wounds and miscommunication or a family striving to break unhealthy patterns and strengthen their existing bonds. When communication and connection is divided, it can amplify the challenge in transitions or storms. Finding a pathway forward is important while also developing the skills necessary to hear each other.
